The Timing

When we examine any business opportunity we should examine the timing as well. Every Network marketing company belongs to one of three categories:

Early Death Companies
 
 
These companies have a short life cycle. They usually start their activity in small local markets with a nice idea and maybe even a good product, but for some reason or another they run out of money and finish their life cycle. In this category we can count also the money games companies, the scams and the pyramids which offer a huge success in a short period of time. These companies are quickly shut down by regulators, crash and disappear. These are not network marketing companies, but frauds! These companies are based upon one of the most primitive characteristics of human nature – greed; to have something for nothing.
 
Low Growth - Slow Growth Companies

These are companies which exist for many years and are offering a small growth in their sales cycle. They exist in the industry for years and crawl slowly. These companies usually have a good line of products and even a suitable management, they are good, honest and diligent people, but they will never experience a significant growth in their sales, due to financial or pricing problems, their compensation plan etc. in this group we can count all direct selling companies. These companies, even the most successful ones, are all working in sales system. This line of work enables only those who have selling skills to succeed; whoever does not have those skills remains outside. The fact is that 90% of the population do not have selling skills and do not desire to become sales people. These companies are offering earning potential but not an opportunity to become wealthy.
 
The Billion Dollar Companies
 

These companies emerge in the industry only once in 5-10 years, out of 500 network marketing companies which appear every year. These companies usually begin their activity in the American market, and after 5-6 years spread to international markets, and experience an exponential growth in their sales in a way that multiplies itself every month. After 5-10 years of activity these companies are stabling their activity and start to look like companies of the previous kind. The point where a company changes from an anonymous company which works only in local markets into an international company that multiply its sales every month is called Tipping Point. That’s the point when the company becomes known to the public thanks to its products and the financial opportunity it is offering. A good example is I-pod by Apple and Crocks shoes. We all woke up one morning with white head phones in our ears, carrying white music players in our pockets, wearing colored plastic shoes with holes in them.

Agel launched its activities on 22/10/2005, and since then it practically breaks every record in the industry. Agel has all the characteristics to become the next Billion Dollar Company.

On its first day Agel launched in 10 markets in parallel, amongst them USA, Canada, Australia, Japan… and more.

Never before has a network marketing company launched in that many markets at once!!!

In the American market the opportunity is still huge; Agel has not reached even 2% from the American market potential.

Agel started its activity in the European Market only by the second half of 2007, and actually only minor activity is taking place there. Huge countries such as France and Italy opened only recently, and no activity is actually taking place there yet.

All South American countries such as Brazil and Argentina are not open yet!!!

All these and others creates for us as independed distributors an enormous opportunity for the first time – to really be first!!!

An important characteristic of a Billion Dollar company is its line of products. The product has to be unique, distinctive and highly consumable. Unique – so it will not be sold on every shelf, and consumable – so that more and more people will consume more and more of it. In addition, the line of products has to be able to become significally wider.

Agel started with 4 products, and now after only two years since it launched, the company has 9 different products for internal use, and another 7 products for external use!!! Within the next year other products, based upon Suspension Gel Technology are planned to reach global market.

Another important factor is financing. It is impossible to experience the growth that the Tipping Point signifies without a reliable financing source. Agel is financed by ASH Capital – one of the most considerable venture capital funds in USA. ASH Capital invested a large amount of money in Agel since its first day.
 
Never before in the network marketing industry was such a big amount invested in such an early stage of a company’s existence.
 
Agel paid back to ASH Capital its full investment after a year and a half only and it is now debt free!!!

When companies reach the maturity stage in this industry, the chance to earn big money and to create wealth is not there any more. In such a company “the train has already left the station” long ago.
